Overview
You can delete your Recipe Notes account at any time. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our servers, including your saved recipes, meal plans, and account information. This action cannot be undone.
Step 1: Open Account Settings
Open Recipe Notes and go to Settings > Account.
Step 2: Request Account Deletion
Scroll to the bottom of the Account page and tap Delete Account.
Step 3: Confirm Deletion
You will be asked to confirm your decision. Please read the warning carefully, then tap Confirm Delete to proceed.
What Happens After Deletion
Once you confirm the deletion:
- Your account and login credentials are permanently removed.
- All your saved recipes, meal plans, and shopping lists are deleted.
- Any subscription associated with your account will be cancelled.
- This process is irreversible — your data cannot be recovered.
Account deletion is typically completed within 24 hours. You will be signed out automatically once the process begins.
