- •¾ cup cream cheese
- •¼ cup unsalted butter
- •1 to taste kosher salt and pepper
- •¼ cup mild blue cheese
- •¼ cup candied pecans

Preheat oven to 350°F. Roast sweet potatoes on a rimmed baking sheet until tender, about 1 hour. Let cool slightly.
