Yogurt and Sumac Sauce

A creamy Middle Eastern sauce made with Greek yogurt, garlic, and sumac spice, perfect for serving with roasted eggplants. This versatile sauce combines tangy yogurt with the citrusy notes of sumac.

Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk garlic, yogurt, 2 tablespoons oil, and 1/2 teaspoon sumac in a medium bowl; season with salt.
