Yogurt Granita
A refreshing frozen dessert made with strawberries and fruit yogurt, creating a crystalline texture similar to Italian ice. Perfect for hot summer days, this granita combines the tartness of yogurt with the sweetness of berries.

2 Pour the mixture into a shallow pan (a metal baking pan works) and place it in the freezer, uncovered, for 1 hour.
