Ingredients

•½ cup olive oil
•8 cloves garlic
•1 teaspoon ground cumin
•½ teaspoon dried oregano
•1 medium Fresno chile
•½ cup fresh lime juice
•½ cup fresh orange juice
•1½ teaspoons kosher salt
