Ingredients

•2 cups cider vinegar
•½ cup Worcestershire sauce
•2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
•1 tablespoon hard cider
•1½ teaspoons kosher salt
•1½ teaspoons Colmans mustard powder
•⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
•⅛ teaspoon granulated onion

In a large nonreactive saucepan, combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and let cool to room temperature.
