Pears with Herbed Ricotta and Honey

- •½ teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- •2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

- •3 whole firm-ripe Anjou or Bosc pears
- •⅓ cup pine nuts
- •1 garnish fresh thyme sprigs
