Aztec Sluggers
A decadent adult coffee cocktail combining strong brewed coffee, bourbon, and Kahlúa, enriched with melted bittersweet chocolate and topped with fresh whipped cream.

- •1 cup freshly brewed strong coffee
- •¼ cup bourbon
- •½ oz Kahlúa
- •2 oz bittersweet chocolate
- •6 tablespoons heavy cream
- •1 teaspoon sugar

Heat coffee, bourbon, Kahlúa, chocolate, and 2 tablespoons cream in a 1- to 1 1/2-quart heavy saucepan over low heat, whisking constantly, until chocolate is melted, about 1 to 2 minutes. (Do not let boil.)
