Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon dried hot red-pepper flakes
  • cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 6 piece boneless pork chops
