  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 whole eggs
  • cups flour
  • ¼ cup yellow cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 4 fillets flounder fillets

  • 4 buns sesame-seed hamburger buns
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce
  • ½ whole tomato
  • 4 slices mild cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce
